Most orders ship within 1–3 business days. Delivery usually takes 3–7 business days depending on your location. International shipping is available; costs and delivery times vary by country.

**Returns & Exchanges**  
Returns are accepted for clothing only if unworn or damaged. Lip products cannot be returned, but damaged items are eligible for an exchange. 

**How to Start a Return or Exchange**  
To start a return or exchange, contact us via our Contact page with your order number, and we’ll guide you through the process.

**Important Notes**  
- Please inspect your items upon delivery.  
- Keep all original packaging for clothing returns.  
- Damaged lip products must be reported within 7 days of receiving your order to qualify for an exchange.
